Loess Hills Miniatures is located in the beautiful hills along the Missouri River near Sioux City, Iowa. We are a small farm specializing in raising quality miniature horses. Our herd is small in numbers, but all horses are under 34" and are double–registered with AMHA and AMHR, and some with PtHA.

 
We are striving to produce a high quality miniature horse that the entire family can enjoy for showing, driving, or companionship. We feel we can give our horses individual care and attention by keeping the number of animals at a minimum.

 The ideal miniature horse must be sound and correct, small, refined, with an affectionate and willing nature. Much of the desirability of the miniature horse lies in its disposition and playful personality.
